Adam's Grad Card and Taylors Cupcake Challenge #18

Finally!! I was able to make a card for Taylor's Cupcake Challenge #18 and actually have a cupcake on it (3 actually!)

One of my good friend's son is graduating from high school this weekend and thought Taylor's sketch was the perfect design for this one. Here is her sketch for Taylor's Cupcake Challenge #18 (THANKS Taylor for these great sketches!):

The grad cap is made using George & Basic Shapes which I got the directions from A.Paperdoll on the Cricut MB, I don't know her name just her sign-on name. Scroll a little down on her post and you'll find the directions. Thanks to whoever A.Paperdoll is!

So here's my take on Taylor's sketch:

Recipe for this creation (so far):
-CS: Classic Red, Primary Blue, White (textured)
-DPs: DCWV Pocket Full of Posies Stack, DCWV Scrapbook Kit in a Stack "All Occations"
-Ribbon: Offray "Fun Dots Red Black" and Unknown Satin
-Stamps: Inkadinkado - 3 Cupcakes from Birthday Cupcake Clear Set, Hand Made With Love & The Fun Alphabet
-Fluid Chalks Inks: French Blue, Blue Iris, Dune & Olive by Colorbox
-Pigment Inks: Chianti & Merlot by Colorbox
-Stickers: Deja Views Wonderful Words "Phrases & Expressions"
-Stickles: Diamond, Christmas Red, Cinnamon, Waterfall & Lime Green
-Cricut cartridges: George & Basic Shapes, AE & Beyond B-days
-Cuttlebug: Floral Fantasies Embossing Folder
-Font: Curlz printed on vellum
-Misc: Embossing Powder, Sakura Gelly Roll Fine Pen, DMC floss #816, mini pot dots, chipboard and various rhinestones and gems
